Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
Drive execution using Agile methodologies ( Scrum and Kanban ), ensuring consistent delivery and continuous improvement
Utilize Agile metrics ( velocity , burndown charts , sprint reports ) to track progress and support team optimization
Partner with product and engineering teams to align execution with strategic goals and quality standards
Support QA cycles and contribute to end-of-sprint demos, with a strong emphasis on testing and product quality
Proactively identify and remove blockers, ensuring teams have clarity and resources to succeed
Coordinate efforts across distributed teams (including iOS , Android , full stack ) throughout the full software development lifecycle
Maintain clear, consistent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Leverage project management tools like JIRA (or similar) to manage sprint planning and track delivery
5+ years in Scrum Master, Project Management, or related applications development roles
Strong Agile expertise ( Scrum , Kanban ) with proven cross-functional team leadership
Experience delivering consumer-facing mobile/web applications
Proficient with Agile tools like JIRA (or quick to learn equivalents)
Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT , Claude ) to enhance productivity and impact
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, process improvement, and outcomes
Skilled in navigating team dynamics, resolving conflicts, and building alignment
Comfortable owning multiple complex projects independently in fast-paced environments
Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
Bachelor's degree required
