Step into a respected small-animal practice in Franklin, TN, as an Associate Veterinarian with compensation up to $130,000. A sign-on, retention and relocation package up to $75,000 is available for eligible candidates.
The Hospital - Full-service small-animal care, including wellness and preventive medicine, internal medicine, dentistry, general surgery, and complementary services such as acupuncture
- On-site diagnostics and pharmacy for efficient workups and convenient prescription support

The Role - Deliver comprehensive exams, diagnostics, and individualized treatment plans
- Perform general surgery and dentistry, including anesthetic management and pain control
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients to support understanding and adherence
- Utilize in-house lab, radiography, and monitoring equipment to guide timely care
- Prescribe medications and maintain compliance with controlled substance protocols
- Maintain accurate, thorough medical records and support efficient patient flow
- Collaborate with the leadership team on clinical standards, workflow, and quality improvement
- Contribute to daily case discussions and support a positive, learning-focused team culture
- Flexible scheduling with a 4-day workweek within a hospital open six days
Requirements - DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong medical, surgical, and dental skills; new graduates with a growth mindset are welcome to apply
